Our work is guaranteed to the complete delight of you, the customer!   If you are not delighted with the services performed by the Vista/BMO team, we will, at your option, either refund the price, or accept a portion of the price that reflects your level of satisfaction.   No questions asked!

Our services are designed around Fixed Price Agreements, as opposed to hourly rates, and offer our customers access to the accumulated wisdom of the firm through task-oriented CPAs and others with substantial experience who can help enhance your business future and assist you in achieving your individual goals.

Whenever possible, we provide our clients with "A Fixed Price Services Proposal" prior to beginning any work. We will meet with you and assess the project for as long as it takes for us to fully understand your wants and needs. We will then reduce to writing the services to be provided and "A Fixed Price Services Proposal" will be presented for approval. Once approved, the proposal is formalized into a Fixed Price Agreement.

The Fixed Price Agreement process provides you with ongoing access to accounting, tax, and business advice without being inhibited from seeking timely advice from us by the fear of a clock running endlessly.

In other words, our customers know the price of our services and the desired outcome of the work prior to commencement of the engagement!
